PhD Opportunities

We welcome applications from motivated students interested in pursuing a PhD in robotics, autonomous systems, and AI. As a PhD student in MRS, you will work on cutting-edge research in multi-robot collaboration, UAV autonomy, and real-world deployment of aerial robotic teams.

What will be your job?

• Conduct research in multi-robot collaboration and UAV autonomy
• Develop and test algorithms for real-world deployment of aerial robotic teams
• Participate in international collaborations and publish research findings

What we require:

• Strong background in robotics, control theory, or AI
• Proficiency in programming (C++/Python)
• High motivation for research and problem-solving

Additional qualifications that would be an advantage (but are not required):

• Experience with ROS, Gazebo, or PX4
• Knowledge of machine learning or computer vision
• Hands-on experience with UAV hardware
